Golden Age – Tinted Windows
Sydney Sahr, the electrifying front woman of New York City-based band Golden Age, was raised by a family of storytellers with a penchant for tall tales. Her favorites were those told by her grandfather who wove great mythologies around the characters that frequented the bars he owned in New York in the 70s. Sydney digs into these nostalgic and fantastical themes with the lyrical beauty and cinematic pop landscapes of her new single “Tinted Windows,” which premiered on The FADER and subsequently made it’s way into the top 10 on Hype Machine.
Golden Age will continue a legacy of storytelling with the release of their first EP Heroine out July of 2016.
