MusicTree Festival will be going down June 7 – 11 in Manchester, Tennessee. We will be publishing info and features about the bands as we close in on this event. Feel free to check out our coverage from 2012.
Let everyone know who you are, where you are from and what style of music you play.
We both live in Nashville, and we have hard time genrefying ourselves.
What do you do for fun? You know…besides music?
We’re pretty low budget hangers. We like to build fires, listen to records, and drinks lots of jumex. We find it pretty easy to have a good time, most places.
What was the last song you listened to?
Up Around the Bend by Hanoi Rocks.
What did you listen to when you were younger? What do you listen to now? Have your tastes changed?
We both went through a phase of being enraptured by Celtic Woman when we were kids. I would have to say that gratefully, our tastes have changed a little since then. Lately around the house we have been digging into Gram Parsons, The Illusion, The Eurythmics…Lots of stuff.
Was there an “ah-ha” moment in your life when you knew music would be the path you were going to walk?
Not really, music has always been our lives.
How did you hear about Music Tree Fest?
The internet
How do you feel about being a part of Music Tree Festival?
We are excited to play with and to so many other musicians.
Do you have plans for Bonnaroo?
If you’ll help us hop the fence?
Do you have an album available? Where can we get it? Where can people connect with you online?
We have songs available on soundcloud and we have an E.P. for sale at our shows. Our full length album is due to be released June 21st.
Any last thoughts? Shout outs?
